Return Policies
Simplified Innovation, Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt (date of receipt will be determined by shipment tracking information). Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. Defective products are covered under the Simplified Innovation warranty, which is 1-year repair, or replace on most products. No restocking fees or return shipping charges will apply to items repaired or replaced under warranty. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A (15%) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
- Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $299.99
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Simplified Innovation, Inc. is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
RMA Policy
Simplified Innovation products are covered by a 1 year repair or replace warranty. In the event the unit is out of warranty, please see our out of warranty repair policy below.
Out of warranty repairs:
Out of warranty diagnostic: $55.00 (all RMA units must have diagnostic to determine/verify the issue reported)
Out of warranty diagnostic & repair: $150.00 minimum(most repairs will not require additional expense beyond the minimum repair charge, but on rare occasion this may occur. In these circumstances, the customer will be notified of the additional expense in advance for their approval)
All repairs are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date the unit is shipped back to the customer. Unrelated issues are not covered under the 90 day warranty.
The limited warranty does not cover the following: Damage, Deterioration, Malfunction and problems that result from:
- Improper transportation or packing during the return of products to Simplified Innovation, Inc. or Simplified Innovation, Inc. authorized repair facilities
- Modification of Simplified Innovation, Inc. products without Simplified Innovation, Inc.�s written approval, or
- Use of the product for any purpose other than its normal intended use, or other product misuse, abuse, or negligence;
- The use of parts not manufactured or sold by Simplified Innovation, Inc.;
- Service by anyone other than Simplified Innovation, Inc. or an Simplified Innovation, Inc. authorized service provider;
- Improper installation of third-party products;
- Improper exposure to an environment (including excessive temperature or humidity); or
- Unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation or electrical power, lightning static electricity, fire or other acts of God.
- Failure to follow product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance;
- Software, including the operating system and software added to the Simplified Innovation, Inc. products;
- Software or data loss of any program, data, or removable storage media occurring during repair or replacement.
- Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect;
- Products for which Simplified Innovation has not received payment.
Customer should cover all the shipping costs, and assume all risks of loss for Product shipments from customer to Simplified Innovation, Inc.. Customer agrees to maintain a general product insurance to fully protect the products shipped in the event of any loss or damage during transit.
Simplified Innovation will cover all the shipping costs for shipment from Simplified Innovation to customer and Simplified Innovation shall assume all risks of loss or damage during the transit.
In all cases, all custom duties, tariffs, and costs associated with international customs clearance, and import duties, imposed on product shipments outside of the United States shall be paid for by the customer, including but not limited to, shipments of defective products to Simplified Innovation.
Packaging Requirements
- A valid Simplified Innovation RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of all returned packages. Simplified Innovation, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service.
- Every shipment must attach approved RMA Request Form as packing list and the returned goods must match with the attached packing list. Simplified Innovation is not responsible for items not listed on the RMA form as being included in the shipment.
- Returned products must be packaged properly to avoid any shipping damages. Any damage or loss of returned goods during transportation shall be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
- RMA Tag is required for every returned unit.
Simplified Innovation, Inc. RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of RMA number
